Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for an eight-plus hour shift
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and walking
- Good communication skills including talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate a 24/7 operational environment
- Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of progressive experience in hotel food and beverage or a culinary degree with two or more years of hotel food and beverage experience
- Experienced in high volume catering with hotel top brands and fine dining
- Proven leadership and managerial skills supporting colleague growth and development
- Current on culinary trends and committed to ongoing culinary development
- Strong creativity and service skills with ability to energize diverse culinary teams
- Computer literate
Job Duties
- Oversee and direct the efficient operation of all food production areas
- Ensure preparation of menu items according to standardized recipes and culinary standards
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor cleanliness and food safety protocols across workstations and storage areas
- Assist Outlet-Restaurant Manager and Banquet Manager in daily and weekly duties
- Coordinate food and beverage services for conventions and group activities
- Manage food cost budgets, adjust requisitions, and control waste
- Promote teamwork within the kitchen department and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
- Respond personally to food-related feedback and ensure proper reporting
- Participate in department head and food & beverage meetings and support hotel committee involvement
