Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining
- experience in high-volume kitchen environments
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- willing to work weekends and holidays
- willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- proven cooking experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining
- experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- familiarity with culinary and administrative kitchen duties
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
- commitment to excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef with culinary and administrative tasks
- contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- train new and existing kitchen staff on menu preparation and plating
- support inventory and kitchen supply management
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with the team to enhance resident and guest dining experiences
