Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining
  • experience in high-volume kitchen environments
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • willing to work weekends and holidays
  • willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
  • maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven cooking experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining
  • experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • familiarity with culinary and administrative kitchen duties
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and mentor kitchen staff
  • commitment to excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Chef with culinary and administrative tasks
  • contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • train new and existing kitchen staff on menu preparation and plating
  • support inventory and kitchen supply management
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with the team to enhance resident and guest dining experiences
