Job Duties
- Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control operational activities of the Food and Nutritional Services Department
- Ensure high standards of sanitation in the department
- Provide orientation and ongoing education for all Food Service Cook employees
- Ensure compliance with department policy and procedure
- Collaborate with FANS Director and Executive Chef Manager to execute the budget for Food Services, manage food and supply ordering, and ensure contract compliance
