high school diploma, ged or equivalent experience
experience working in a high-volume culinary environment
leadership experience in food service operations
ability to plan menus and adapt to dietary needs
strong communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in computer applications related to culinary management
highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Duties
