- ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the operational activities of the Food and Nutritional Services Department
- Supervise staff and ensure overall customer satisfaction with retail and patient food and nutritional services
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in the department
- Provide orientation and ongoing education for all Food Service Cook employees
- Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures
- Assist in executing the budget for Food Services including food and supply ordering
- Collaborate with the FANS Director and Executive Chef Manager on contract compliance
