Job Requirements

  • Three plus years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Culinary Arts certificate
  • ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the operational activities of the Food and Nutritional Services Department
  • Supervise staff and ensure overall customer satisfaction with retail and patient food and nutritional services
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation in the department
  • Provide orientation and ongoing education for all Food Service Cook employees
  • Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures
  • Assist in executing the budget for Food Services including food and supply ordering
  • Collaborate with the FANS Director and Executive Chef Manager on contract compliance
