Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- 3+ years of food service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to assist with both cafe and banquet operations
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of food service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations
- Pastry experience is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
Job Duties
- Directs food preparation and collaborates with the executive chef
- Assists with cafe and banquets
- Produces high-quality plates and pastries, including both design and taste
- Prepares pastry and dinner items
- Oversees and supervises kitchen staff
- Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies
- Ensures that food is top quality and that the kitchen is in good condition
- Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards
- Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen's performance
- Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen
