Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industry management

Job Duties

  • Hire, fire, and discipline team members when appropriate
  • Have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage specifications
  • Open and close the restaurant by balancing funds and completing proper paperwork after training
  • Check for proper closing and opening of kitchen and dining areas
  • Perform all positions such as server, support team, bartending and kitchen duties depending on area of responsibility
  • Interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner
  • Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages and take appropriate action if intoxication is apparent
  • Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
  • Maintain a neat and clean uniform and personal hygiene
  • Be willing to relocate to new or existing locations as needed
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in fulfilling schedule and responsibilities
  • Understand controllable costs affecting store profitability and contribute to improvement
  • Communicate effectively with all managers including emails and logbook
  • Follow procedures and practices in the manager reference binder
  • Handle team member performance issues following proper procedure
  • Coach, teach, and socialize with peers and team members in a positive and focused manner
  • Cultivate a safe and harassment-free culture for team members
