Job Duties
- Hire, fire, and discipline team members when appropriate
- Have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage specifications
- Open and close the restaurant by balancing funds and completing proper paperwork after training
- Check for proper closing and opening of kitchen and dining areas
- Perform all positions such as server, support team, bartending and kitchen duties depending on area of responsibility
- Interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner
- Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages and take appropriate action if intoxication is apparent
- Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed their expectations
- Maintain a neat and clean uniform and personal hygiene
- Be willing to relocate to new or existing locations as needed
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in fulfilling schedule and responsibilities
- Understand controllable costs affecting store profitability and contribute to improvement
- Communicate effectively with all managers including emails and logbook
- Follow procedures and practices in the manager reference binder
- Handle team member performance issues following proper procedure
- Coach, teach, and socialize with peers and team members in a positive and focused manner
- Cultivate a safe and harassment-free culture for team members
