Job Requirements

- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire fire and discipline team members when appropriate
- Have complete knowledge of this restaurant's food and beverage specs
- Open and close the restaurant after training by balancing funds properly and completing all proper paperwork
- Check for proper closing and opening of both kitchen and dining room areas
- Perform all positions such as server support team bartending and kitchen duties depending on area of responsibility
- Interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner
- Ensure total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages and take appropriate action if intoxication is apparent
- Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction striving to exceed their expectations
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
- Relocate to new or existing locations as needed
- Fulfill schedule and direct responsibilities with punctuality and reliability
- Comprehend controllable costs affecting the store and contribute to profitability improvement
- Communicate effectively with all other managers including emails and logbook
- Follow proper procedures for handling team member performance issues
- Interact socialize coach and teach peers and team members in a positive focused manner
- Cultivate a culture where team members are safe secure and free from harassment and inappropriate situations
