Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of relevant experience in culinary or hospitality roles
- Ability to work variable shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to perform hands-on food preparation and supervision
- Ability to live within a commutable distance to the White Plains, New York facility
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Culinary Arts program preferred
- Supervisory experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant culinary experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lead and motivate culinary teams
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the main kitchen including retail and catering operations
- Support Executive Chef in recipe creation and menu design
- Train and develop culinary team members
- Ensure proper food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Conduct daily huddles and team meetings to facilitate communication
- Maintain care and upkeep of kitchen facilities, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standards
