Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years back of house management experience
  • ability to organize, prep, delegate, and produce food with team
  • capability to mentor and develop culinary staff
  • regular communication with Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine
  • maintain high food quality standards
  • experience producing high-quality products in a high-volume setting

Job Qualifications

  • Must have high-volume ala carte experience
  • positive attitude
  • associate degree or higher in culinary arts preferred
  • ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Organize kitchen prep and delegate tasks to culinary team
  • supervise and produce high-quality food products in a high-volume environment
  • work closely with team members to mentor and develop their skills
  • coordinate and manage kitchen operations during parties and events
  • meet regularly with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to stay current on menu items and club standards
  • monitor and ensure food quality consistently meets club expectations
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
