- minimum education requirement - high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- experience working in culinary leadership or as a sous chef
- ability to manage and develop a team
- understanding of food procurement and purchasing
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in computer applications related to culinary operations

- help implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
