Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining fully staffed kitchen, fostering an inclusive environment, developing kitchen associates, holding team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
  • Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Driving restaurant results by supervising kitchen setup and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste, conducting line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, managing expo, monitoring cook times and cooking
  • Taking pride in presenting quality food ensuring menu items are made according to recipe and presentation meets high standards
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
  • Living the company’s principles and beliefs, being a role model and fostering a passionate culture of fun
  • Supporting team members in living balanced lives
