Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior culinary or kitchen experience
- valid ServSafe certification preferred
- ability to work a seasonal schedule including weekends and varying shifts
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a culinary or foodservice role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to supervise and manage a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, participating in reviews and recommending disciplinary action as appropriate
- store food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and clean workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service to comply with all sanitation, safety, production and merchandising requirements
- interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner and relay relevant information directly to supervisor
- demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to associates and customers
- keep up with peak production and service hours
- monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies, track product production, consumption and waste, and inform supervisor when supplies or product are low
- perform other duties as assigned
