- strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- proven ability to develop team

- stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties
- support the executive chef in leading a team of culinary professionals
- ensure high-quality and great-tasting food delivery
- maintain proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- contribute to building top line sales and guest count through excellent team and guest experience
- assist in menu execution with excellence
- manage quality in all aspects of the job
- develop and coach culinary team members
