Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods

  • Experience in inventory and ordering management

Job Duties

  • Handles all food items by washing, chopping, and cutting according to recipe specifications
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department standards
  • Labels and stores all product following FIFO and company standards
  • Checks production lists and assignments
  • Communicates product needs to the chefs and support staff
  • Properly sets-up prep station
  • Reports all breakage and damage of equipment or furniture to management immediately
  • Attends and participates in training sessions, departmental meetings, and daily pre-service meetings
  • Maintains professional appearance standards
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for food and beverage
  • Upholds quality and defined standards consistently
  • Is organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers, POS, and technology
  • Exhibits positive leadership and excellent people skills
  • Excels at cooking, ordering, and inventory management
  • Embodies integrity and seeks continuous improvement
