- possession of Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Job Duties
- ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents and staff
- maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures
- prepare and present high quality food
- order, receive, and rotate stock with the Food Service Director
- follow recipes to ensure consistency
- prepare and serve food items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
- assist with exceeding resident dining expectations
