Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • prior experience in food preparation and kitchen management
  • excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • physically able to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
  • commitment to high standards of quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years experience in culinary or food and beverage line position
  • one to two years experience in supervisory or assistant manager position
  • passion for cuisine
  • strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Plan kitchen operations
  • organize and direct the work of kitchen employees
  • control food preparation processes
  • ensure superior food quality and consistency
  • assist Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine
  • manage culinary team as part of leadership
  • uphold food safety and hygiene standards
