Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current experience managing a full service restaurant kitchen
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commitment to food quality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant kitchen management experience
- Proven leadership skills in a culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team
- Experience with menu planning and food preparation from scratch
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant back of house and kitchen teams
- Collaborate with assistant managers and work as part of the restaurant management team
- Oversee food preparation ensuring quality and consistency
- Develop and implement creative menu features focusing on seasonal and local ingredients
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Train kitchen staff and oversee daily operations
- Support professional development and growth within the kitchen team
