- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire, fire, and discipline team members when appropriate
- Have complete knowledge of this restaurant's food and beverage specs
- After training, can open and close the restaurant by balancing the funds properly and completing all proper paperwork
- Check for proper closing and opening of both kitchen and dining room areas
- Able to perform all positions such as server, support team, bartending and kitchen duties dependent on your area of responsibility
- Able to interact with guests in a consistent friendly and fast manner
- Ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor guests consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guest's behavior, if intoxication is apparent take appropriate action to prevent guest from leaving
- All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Always strive to exceed guests' expectations
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential
- Relocate to new or existing locations as needed
- Punctual and reliability to fulfill both your schedule and your direct responsibilities
- Comprehend all controllable costs that affect the store and its profitability and contribute to profitability improvement
- Communicate with all other managers including but not limited to emails and logbook
- Working knowledge of procedures and practices included in the manager reference binder
- Ability to follow proper procedure while handling team member performance issues
- Ability to interact, socialize, coach and teach peers and Team Members in a positive focused manner consistently
- Cultivates a culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment and innapropriate situations
