Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Must have/obtain Servsafe Certification
- Previous experience in a senior living community preferred
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in dietary or hospitality management preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in maintaining and enforcing policies and procedures of all meals of all levels of care
- Assist in coordinating daily meal preparation adhering to quality standards, dietary standards and established time frames in conjunction with the Dietitian and Director as directed
- Assist in ensuring that all mealtime deadlines are met in all levels of care
- Responsible for making sure all tasks assigned to the cooks and stewards are completed for every shift
- Responsible for maintaining adequate and balanced food inventory
- Responsible for developing appropriate goals and action plans to meet patient expectations
- Appropriate interaction with cheerful, helpful attitude with patients and guest in dining room
