Job Requirements
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to work on the St. Paul campus
- emergency essential designation requiring availability during campus closures

- ability to train and supervise culinary staff
- commitment to food safety standards
- ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- three years of advanced level food preparation experience in a hotel, university, resort, or comparable hospitality industry setting
- successful completion of a criminal background check
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- support the Production Chef in food production
- delegate and supervise prep duties to culinary and student staff
- oversee and train cooks and food service workers in recipe adherence, plating, and presentation
- ensure compliance with ServSafe food handling and safety guidelines
- actively participate in food production in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- maintain food quality and safety standards
- assist in scheduling and managing kitchen operations
