Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years culinary experience
  • availability to work full time including some weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proactive attitude and commitment to quality
  • basic knowledge of nutrition and special diets

Job Duties

  • oversee daily kitchen operations under executive chef guidance
  • mentor and develop culinary team members
  • prepare a wide variety of dishes including artisanal and large-scale productions
  • contribute to recipe development and menu planning
  • ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with dietary requirements
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction
