Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated Food and Beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow as it relates to food operations
- Work with the Operations team and Sales staff in the absence of the Kitchen Manager/Chef to plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions including preparation and service of food and refreshments
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases according to the specified food program
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
- Partner with Kitchen Manager/Chef or General Manager to address and resolve disciplinary issues and foster a team environment
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation are always at company standard
- Assist Chef with managing kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits in compliance with Department of Health regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times
- Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
