Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Possess ServSafe Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois)
  • Possess Food Handlers Card (California, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience
  • Basic English and Spanish communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong full-service, high-volume hospitality background
  • Strong cooking from scratch ability
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience
  • Basic English and Spanish communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure food quality and consistency
  • Train, develop, and coach culinary staff
  • Manage high-volume food preparation and cooking from scratch
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
  • Collaborate with management on menu development and inventory control
  • Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment
