- applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary or baking and pastry program
- academic credit can be received
- program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on academic calendar
- full time availability preferred but part time will be considered

Job Duties
- gain hands-on working experience and develop leadership skills
- maintain a supervisory role in back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
- support changes to menus, operations, and service styles
- support transitions between major seasonal events
- assist with inventory management
- supervise ambassadors
- manage scheduling
