Job Requirements

  • applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary or baking and pastry program
  • academic credit can be received
  • program dates are flexible and can be adjusted based on academic calendar
  • full time availability preferred but part time will be considered

  • willing to support operational changes and seasonal transitions

Job Duties

  • gain hands-on working experience and develop leadership skills
  • maintain a supervisory role in back-of-house operations in a high-volume setting
  • support changes to menus, operations, and service styles
  • support transitions between major seasonal events
  • assist with inventory management
  • supervise ambassadors
  • manage scheduling
