Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience
- 2-3 years of cooking experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
- Team-first mindset
- Genuine love of cooking
- Availability to work varied shifts including occasional evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience
- 2-3 years of cooking experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service
- Team-first mindset, sense of humor, and genuine love of cooking
- Experience with farm-to-table or cheesecentric cuisine is a plus

Job Duties
- Support menu planning, recipe development, and event execution
- Lead daily prep, cooking, and plating with consistency and excellence
- Guide and motivate junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management
- Help manage food costs through portioning and smart ingredient use
- Step in as kitchen lead when the Executive Chef/Culinary Director is offsite
- Collaborate across all kitchen tasks to keep operations running smoothly
