Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1 or more years experience as a sous chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in an upscale or fine dining setting
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment

  • Familiarity with inventory management, food cost control, and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a sous chef
  • Proven experience in upscale or fine dining settings

  • Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control

Job Duties

  • Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and assist with scheduling
  • Innovate and execute authentic contemporary Japanese dishes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support training and development of culinary team
