Job Requirements

- 1 or more years experience as a sous chef
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in an upscale or fine dining setting
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and assist with scheduling
- Innovate and execute authentic contemporary Japanese dishes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support training and development of culinary team
