- Have 5 years of sous chef experience
- Previous experience on food ordering and menu ideation
- A current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Culinary certification or degree a plus but not required
- Be a great team player
- Be a progressive and creative thinker

Job Duties
- Assist with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
- Assist in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares, equipment and supplies
- Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
