Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar kitchen management role typically 3-5 years
- degree or certification in culinary arts or related field preferred
- strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- physical stamina to lift heavy kitchen equipment if necessary
- ability to work collaboratively with kitchen team and other staff members
