Job Requirements
- One year experience in a commercial kitchen as a line cook
- High school diploma or GED
- Current food handling licenses as required by the state
- Culinary training preferred
- Prior experience as a sous chef preferred

Job Duties
- Assisting the Chef in menu planning, food preparation, inventory, documentation and scheduling
- Preparing food in accordance with the planned menu, noting changes when applicable
- Ensuring all cooking, serving, storage, preparation, and service areas are clean, safe and organized to meet all applicable food service standards and regulations
- Monitoring quality food service in accordance with Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards
- Leading the kitchen environment in the absence of the Chef
