Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years high volume, upscale sous chef or kitchen management experience
  • High energy with capacity to self-motivate
  • Polished and professional presentation and approach
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach others
  • Detail oriented with high standards in service and operations
  • Proficiency with MS Office including SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of high volume or upscale sous chef or kitchen management experience
  • Proven track record of progressive career growth
  • Strong leadership traits and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
