Job Requirements
- 1-3 years high volume, upscale sous chef or kitchen management experience
- High energy with capacity to self-motivate
- Polished and professional presentation and approach
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach others
- Detail oriented with high standards in service and operations
- Proficiency with MS Office including SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of high volume or upscale sous chef or kitchen management experience
- Proven track record of progressive career growth
- Strong leadership traits and ability to motivate others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
