Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 19 years old
  • Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen

  • Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong culinary skills
  • Ability to supervise kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience with inventory management

Job Duties

  • Prepare all types of food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas
  • Oversee progress and abilities of kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen inventory
  • Coordinate kitchen projects and special events
  • Supervise kitchen operations in absence of Team Lead
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
