Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 19 years old
- Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shifts
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong culinary skills
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of kitchen safety procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with inventory management
Job Duties
- Prepare all types of food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
- Clean and maintain kitchen areas
- Oversee progress and abilities of kitchen staff
- Manage kitchen inventory
- Coordinate kitchen projects and special events
- Supervise kitchen operations in absence of Team Lead
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
