Job Duties

  • serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property
  • provide information to guests about available recreation facilities
  • encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
  • promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • enforce rules and regulations of the recreation facilities for guest safety
  • observe activities and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • provide cashier services for point of sale transactions
  • assist with private functions and group events
  • provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
  • clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • follow company policies and ensure professional appearance
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales
  • comply with quality assurance standards
