Job Requirements
- Be organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible working schedule to include night and weekends

- Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License
- 21 years of age and older

- Preferred 2 years of dispatch, military, security, law enforcement, corrections, fire, EMS, customer service or relevant college degree in the field

Job Duties
- Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from public, system dispatchers, employees, customers, and law enforcement via telephone, radio, observations, and email
- Monitor CCTV systems for multiple locations
- Maintain status and locations of security personnel
- Dispatch field personnel to incidents including alarm response, disturbances, and client requests
- Utilize computers, radio systems, telephones, fax machines, and communication equipment
- Self-manage, organize, and prioritize tasks
- Troubleshoot and problem solve quickly
- Perform clerical duties and detailed record keeping
- Document all information into dispatch computer daily activity log
- Maintain security and confidentiality of information
- Maintain site security and watch for irregular or unusual conditions
- Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities using CCTV
- Build and maintain positive community relationships
- Assist first responders when appropriate
- Display professional demeanor, appearance, and integrity
