Job Requirements
- Technical, trade or vocational school degree
- Minimum one year of basic management experience
- At least two years of partial work experience in a production kitchen
- ServSafe certification
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Strong positive leadership skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Support hotel and department standards and training
- Manage food and payroll cost controls
- Oversee ordering and inventory according to standards
- Communicate verbally and written to provide clear directions and actions
