Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior barista or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must adhere to Four Seasons grooming and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a barista or in a similar fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-pressure setting
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and craft drinks
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Work in an indoor hotel lounge environment
  • Host, seat, serve, set and buss for lounge type environment
  • Create, modify and make craft drinks to guests liking
  • Create lasting relationships with return guests
  • Be knowledgeable of hotel amenities and offerings as a point of contact with the guests
  • Build relationships around the hotel to meet and exceed guests needs
