Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in bar or club setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and all shifts
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and culinary trends
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality standards at Graton Resort & Casino supporting and promoting company values
- Execute Food Operation Department responsibilities in compliance with policies and union contracts
- Lead and manage all bar and restaurant operations ensuring consistent service excellence
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain service standards and foster a positive work environment
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with F&B leadership for menu execution in line with brand vision and seasonal offerings
- Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism resolving issues promptly
- Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments maintaining compliance with union agreements and labor regulations
- Coordinate with marketing to promote events and book live entertainment
- Adapt duties as required to meet business needs
