Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management preferably in bar or club setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and all shifts
  • Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and culinary trends
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality standards at Graton Resort & Casino supporting and promoting company values
  • Execute Food Operation Department responsibilities in compliance with policies and union contracts
  • Lead and manage all bar and restaurant operations ensuring consistent service excellence
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain service standards and foster a positive work environment
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with F&B leadership for menu execution in line with brand vision and seasonal offerings
  • Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism resolving issues promptly
  • Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments maintaining compliance with union agreements and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote events and book live entertainment
  • Adapt duties as required to meet business needs
