Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role in hospitality
  • demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team
  • proficiency in financial management and analysis
  • knowledge of union contracts and labor laws
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting company values
  • enforce policies and procedures in accordance with union contracts
  • lead and manage all bar and restaurant operations for service excellence
  • recruit, train, and develop staff
  • monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership on menu execution
  • handle guest relations professionally and promptly
  • oversee staff scheduling and station assignments with compliance to union agreements and labor regulations
  • collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and book live entertainment
