Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role in hospitality
- demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- proficiency in financial management and analysis
- knowledge of union contracts and labor laws
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while supporting company values
- enforce policies and procedures in accordance with union contracts
- lead and manage all bar and restaurant operations for service excellence
- recruit, train, and develop staff
- monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership on menu execution
- handle guest relations professionally and promptly
- oversee staff scheduling and station assignments with compliance to union agreements and labor regulations
- collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and book live entertainment
