Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to complete successful driver insurability check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and cover manager shifts on busy days and special events
  • Must be able to submit and pass a background check
  • Ability to effectively train, coach, mentor, and communicate changes and objectives to team members
  • Strong understanding of all full-serve restaurant operations and financial management
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
  • Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to inhale smoke from a wood-burning cooker
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds with a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management
  • Ability to train, coach, mentor, and effectively communicate with both management and hourly staff
  • Valid driver’s license with successful insurability check and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments
  • Understanding of health and safety standards and maintaining compliance
  • Ability to manage scheduling and flexibility for covering shifts

Job Duties

  • Report regularly to directors and upper management regarding store performance
  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations
  • Manage staffing levels daily while adhering to budget guidelines
  • Communicate and enforce company policies, mission, and values among all team members
  • Analyze monthly financial forecasts, trends, and variances to prepare financial objectives
  • Hire, train, and develop hourly team members ensuring a supportive work environment
  • Maintain quality standards for dishes and drinks while overseeing menu knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with licenses, documentation, safety equipment, and organized work areas
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory and coordinate with vendors for food orders
