Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • passion for BBQ and hospitality
  • ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to mentor and develop team members
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • Hire, train and develop, and schedule hourly team members while ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable in their roles
  • communicate with the General Manager regarding company objectives
  • promote and embrace the department strategy established by the Area Director
  • ensure that our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced with all team members under his/her direction
  • promote a culture that inspires improvement
  • continually develop and mentor team members under his/her direction and is directly responsible for their success
  • ensure that our restaurants have a fun, playful, and engaging atmosphere by going above and beyond to meet individual needs and concerns of our staff and guests daily
  • respond to immediate store needs
  • ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience
