Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to lead a team effectively
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- passion for BBQ and hospitality
- ability to handle fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience preferred
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to mentor and develop team members
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Hire, train and develop, and schedule hourly team members while ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable in their roles
- communicate with the General Manager regarding company objectives
- promote and embrace the department strategy established by the Area Director
- ensure that our Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced with all team members under his/her direction
- promote a culture that inspires improvement
- continually develop and mentor team members under his/her direction and is directly responsible for their success
- ensure that our restaurants have a fun, playful, and engaging atmosphere by going above and beyond to meet individual needs and concerns of our staff and guests daily
- respond to immediate store needs
- ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience
