Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • valid driver’s license and ability to complete a driver insurability check
  • reliable transportation
  • flexible schedule with availability to cover manager shifts on busy days and special events
  • ability to pass a background check
  • capacity to train, coach, mentor, and communicate changes and objectives to management and hourly team members
  • strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting

  • ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports

Job Duties

  • Report regularly to directors and upper store management regarding store performance
  • work with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure all shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met above expectation
  • ensure proper staffing levels daily while following budget guidelines
  • communicate and practice iServ Group's mission, values, policies, and procedures with all team members
  • prepare monthly financial objectives through forecast, trend, and variance analysis
  • hire, train, and develop all hourly team members while fostering appreciation and comfort in their roles
  • uphold company standards for all dishes and drinks
  • maintain knowledge of all menu items including seasonal changes
  • maintain licenses, posters, documentation, and safety equipment
  • maintain safe and organized work areas
  • perform bi-weekly inventory and coordinate with vendors for food orders
