Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and cover shifts on busy days and special events
- Ability to submit and pass a background check
- Ability to effectively train, coach, mentor and share information with management and hourly team members
- Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass driver insurability check
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including covering manager shifts on busy days and special events
- Ability to submit and pass a background check
- Strong communication skills to train, coach, mentor, and convey information effectively
- Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management
Job Duties
- Report to directors and upper store management regularly regarding store performance
- Work with both front of house and back of house team members to ensure all shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met
- Ensure proper daily staffing levels while following budget guidelines
- Communicate and enforce the ISERV Group's mission, values, policies, and procedures with all team members
- Prepare monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts, trends, and variances
- Hire, train, and develop hourly team members ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable
- Uphold specifications and company standards for all outgoing dishes and drinks
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items including seasonal changes
- Maintain all required licenses, documentation, and safety equipment
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
- Perform bi-weekly inventory and coordinate food orders with vendors
