Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years restaurant management experience
  • Experience running shifts without supervision
  • Ability to work minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health and sanitation regulations
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic accounting and computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems
  • Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
  • Driver's license
  • Willingness to work irregular hours
  • Prior management experience in restaurant or retail highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years restaurant management experience preferred in QSR
  • Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selection practices
  • Knowledge of labor, health and sanitation laws
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic accounting and computer skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to follow directions and work autonomously
  • Prior management experience
  • Positive attitude and resiliency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew/team members, carhops and skating carhops
  • Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all food service meets operational standards
  • Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with handbook, policies, and practices
  • Performs restaurant opening and closing duties
  • Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels
  • Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels and places orders within cost control procedures
  • Completes and maintains employment and payroll records
  • Reinforces customer service mentality and ensures employee focus on serving customers
  • Resolves guest requests and complaints respectfully and promptly
  • Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management team members
  • Prepares operational reports and develops plans to resolve financial and sales trends
  • Develops and implements marketing plans
