Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years restaurant management experience
- Experience running shifts without supervision
- Ability to work minimum 5 day workweek with 4 closing shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and local health and sanitation regulations
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- Driver's license
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- Prior management experience in restaurant or retail highly preferred
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selection practices
- Knowledge of labor, health and sanitation laws
- Leadership and supervisory skills

- Prior management experience

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
Job Duties
- Manages, trains, monitors and coaches crew/team members, carhops and skating carhops
- Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to ensure all food service meets operational standards
- Adheres to and monitors employee compliance with handbook, policies, and practices
- Performs restaurant opening and closing duties
- Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing levels
- Monitors and maintains restaurant inventory levels and places orders within cost control procedures
- Completes and maintains employment and payroll records
- Reinforces customer service mentality and ensures employee focus on serving customers
- Resolves guest requests and complaints respectfully and promptly
- Interviews and hires restaurant crew and management team members
- Prepares operational reports and develops plans to resolve financial and sales trends
- Develops and implements marketing plans
