Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
- Experience running shifts without supervision
- Knowledge of recruiting and employee selection practices
- Understanding of federal, state, and local labor and health regulations
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Basic accounting and computer literacy
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage, train, monitor, and coach crew, team members, carhops, and skating carhops
- Direct and assign restaurant employees to ensure food service meets operational standards
- Enforce employee compliance with the handbook, policies, and practices
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Prepare employee work schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and place orders within cost control procedures
- Maintain employment and payroll records
- Foster a customer service mentality among employees
- Resolve guest requests quickly and report complaints
- Interview and hire restaurant staff
- Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for sales and financial trends
- Develop and implement marketing plans
