Job Requirements
- Prior management experience

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
- advanced studies in business or related field preferred
- knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- knowledge of federal and state labor laws and health regulations
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- basic accounting and computer skills
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to multitask and work autonomously
Job Duties
- Manage, train, monitor and coach crew, team members, carhops and skating carhops
- direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
- adhere to and monitor employee compliance with handbook policies and practices
- perform restaurant opening and closing duties
- prepare employee work schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
- monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels and place orders within cost control procedures
- complete and maintain employment and payroll records
- reinforce customer service mentality and ensure all employees focus on serving customers
- resolve guest requests and complaints respectfully and promptly
- interview and hire restaurant crew and management team members
- prepare operational reports and develop action plans to improve financial or sales trends
- develop and implement a marketing plan
