Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of experience in a restaurant environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Ability to travel between multiple store locations
  • Preferably ServSafe certification
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manages, trains, and coaches working partners and general managers and conducts management orientation
  • Directs and assigns employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
  • Oversees multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all duties in the basic stations as needed depending on store volume
  • Adheres to and monitors management compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices
  • Takes appropriate action to address employee issues and policy violations and reports them to immediate supervisor
  • Reviews employee and management work schedules to ensure continuous guest service
  • Monitors multiple drive-in cost control procedures and takes immediate corrective action when necessary
  • Monitors performance of vendors and takes corrective actions as needed
  • Audits drive-in employment-related and payroll records
  • Reinforces the importance of placing guest needs first
  • Responds to escalated guest requests and complaints
  • Recruits, interviews, and hires management team members
  • Approves compensation levels within company guidelines
  • Prepares operational reports and develops action plans for financial and sales trends
  • Develops and implements marketing plans for the region
