Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Five years of hospitality server experience
- Possess a positive attitude and work well with other associates
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to work in varying noise levels and indoor environments
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs and maneuver up to 40 lbs
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- Tolerance to exposure to cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Five years of hospitality server experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card
- WSET or Sommelier Level 1 preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain guest focus while performing duties
- Organize, clean and maintain beverage station, side stations and storage areas
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with company standards
- Record food and drink orders accurately into the micros system when applicable
- Answer questions about the menu or buffet line
- Check all food and beverage orders prior to serving
- Request identification when necessary for alcohol service
- Follow directions and ask questions for clarification
- Perform side work and restock supplies during shifts
- Carry out all reasonable management requests within capabilities
