Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Five years of hospitality server experience
  • Possess a positive attitude and work well with other associates
  • Valid Clark County Health Card
  • Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Ability to work in varying noise levels and indoor environments
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs and maneuver up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively
  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Tolerance to exposure to cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Five years of hospitality server experience
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
  • Valid Clark County Health Card
  • Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card
  • WSET or Sommelier Level 1 preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain guest focus while performing duties
  • Organize, clean and maintain beverage station, side stations and storage areas
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests
  • Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with company standards
  • Record food and drink orders accurately into the micros system when applicable
  • Answer questions about the menu or buffet line
  • Check all food and beverage orders prior to serving
  • Request identification when necessary for alcohol service
  • Follow directions and ask questions for clarification
  • Perform side work and restock supplies during shifts
  • Carry out all reasonable management requests within capabilities
