Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Five years of hospitality server experience
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other associates
- Valid Clark County Health Card
- Valid Las Vegas Alcohol Awareness Card
- WSET/Sommelier Level 1 preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain guest focus while performing duties
- Organize, clean and maintain beverage station, side stations and proper storage areas and all supplies that support daily duties
- Take food and/or beverage orders from dining guest
- Serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Company’s standards
- Record food and drink orders accurately into the micros system to present to the guest for payment
- Answer all questions about menu or the Buffet line
- Check all food and beverage orders prior to serving to the guest
- Request identification when in question of guest age when ordering alcoholic drinks
- Follow directions and ask questions for clarification
- Perform side work, restock supplies as needed to service the guest throughout work shift
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management within capabilities
