Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a sommelier or wine steward role
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and pairings to guests
- Assist in selection and ordering of wine inventory
- Educate guests and staff about wine varieties and service
- Maintain proper storage and presentation of wines
- Collaborate with the service team to enhance guest experiences
- Manage wine tastings and special events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to wine service
