Job Duties
- Provide expert wine recommendations and guidance to guests
- Maintain and organize the wine inventory
- Collaborate with the culinary team to pair wines with menu items
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for guests and staff
- Ensure the wine service area complies with company standards
- Assist in developing wine menus and promotions
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
